Live music at the Community Flower Festival
This event takes place on the second bank holiday and is a celebration of town life. The newly refurbished mural will take centre stage with 20 organisations and charities commemorating their activities with flowers and artefacts. On the 26th of May, Ambleside Rotary Club will be hosting Kendal Big Band who will play swing, dance and vocal arrangements with tickets costing £10.

Ambleside 5K Pink Ribbon Walk
A fundraising walk for families and friends affected by Breast Cancer. This is an easy 5k walk along Under Loughrigg, which sits parallel to the River Rothay, all the way to Pelter Bridge and then back. Along the way, you'll be welcomed by views of Loughrigg fell between the sporadic tree line along the road. A great cause, and open for everyone to get involved.

Antique Fair
This small antiques and collectors fair is perfect for those looking to add to their collection or take a look at some fantastic historical pieces. Hosted throughout June, there is no need to worry if you miss this one, there will be another just around the corner
